→ A slower, restorative session to soften the week, release what’s been held, and settle your system before rest.

How to get the most out of this space
A few simple guidelines:
Create a simple, supportive environment for your practice. Choose a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted, wear comfortable clothing, and give yourself permission to fully arrive.
You don’t need a perfect setup, just a space where you feel at ease. You may want to sit or lie down, use headphones, or have a blanket or water nearby.
Consistency matters more than intensity. You’re welcome to join the live sessions or return to the library whenever it fits your day. Setting aside even a few minutes regularly can create meaningful shifts over time.
You’ll receive emails with session access and updates, so it’s easy to stay connected. Let this be a space you come back to in your own rhythm.
